Born and raised in Durban, Paular Dlamini always had a great passion for music. After graduating high school, her dream was to be a notable singer like the great Mya Harrison but she later on discovered that she is not cut out for the lime light. In 2011 She then ventured to study Audio engineering at Audio Cape College to learn about music production and sound. As determined and motivated she is, in 2013 she landed her first job at Durban motion pictures as a music editor/ Foley recordist, she then later on joined an intern programme at Highway radio 101.5 FM in 2015 , after the program she was the only intern offered a permanent position as a Junior Sound Engineer for 2 years .

The ambitious 26 year old didn’t just want to be the lady behind the music creation but wanted to be one of the best music business moguls. In 2017 she went to applying for the Artist management master classes at KUMISA and she was one of the 15 selected candidates to attend the 1 year Artist Management Master classes facilitated by the notable artist manager Lerato Sejeng. She went on to graduating as a Top student at the artist Manager Master Classes and during that period and had the opportunity to freelance for a commercial radio station Vuma FM as a Sound engineer. With her significant achievements and experiences in the industry, she got the attention of London based Serial entrepreneur and investor Salim Hathbul, Co-Founder of Makini Group, who is currently her business mentor.

She was then inspired to open her own Music management and consulting company Thendric Pty Ltd.
