Jeff Mercel is National Director of Music and an original founder of O+ Festival (a Kingston-based non-profit, with a mission and ten year history of connecting artists and musicians with access to health care). A long time Hudson Valley resident (nearly 19 years now) Jeff is a also working musician and composer, with years of experience on the road and in the studio. His credits range from recordings with his former band Mercury Rev, to ongoing work for film, television and commercial advertising. When he’s not in the studio, you can find him fly-fishing the legendary streams of the Catskill Mountains.
