Andrew is a 20+ year veteran of the music industry, serving as Downtown’s Chief Operating Officer where he oversees various aspects of the company, including Business Affairs and Business Development. Initially serving as Downtown’s outside counsel at formation, Andrew joined full time in 2008. Previously, he was a partner of the highly respected music law firms Roberts & Ritholz LLP and Davis Shapiro Lewit & Hayes, where he represented a variety of record labels, publishers, executives, and multi-platinum recording artists. Andrew began his career in Business Affairs at Island Records.
